Jr. Food & Beverage Data Analyst

We are looking for an entry level data analyst to join our Food and Beverage team to learn and help to power the data transparency initiative. This person should be very self motivated and thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing start-up environment. The ability to multi-task, manage numerous priorities, communicate, and a strong interest in the CPG industry will help a candidate succeed in this role. Experience in nutrition, food science and formulation, ingredient functionality, dietetics or data analysis is preferred and a bachelor’s degree is required in a scientific or mathematical field. Other areas of focus include understanding FDA and USDA regulations, as well as retailer and CPG industry trends. The person who fills this role should also be an extremely quick and independent learner, highly organized, and be able to thrive in an Agile environment.

Data Quality Team Lead

Location: St. Louis

We are looking to hire a team lead on our Data Quality team. In this position you will manage and maintain our external teams and data quality review processes, including Raw Data Quality, Attribute Quality and Brand Recognition. You will report to the Data Quality Manager but are required to liaise with all three operations channels to help manage priority, throughput and quality. Ultimately, this role will help to strategize and streamline the recognition work and provide reports and recommendations, meeting with internal teams and communicate needs outward. Sr. Pet Food Data Analyst

Location: St. Louis

We are looking for a senior data analyst to join our data transformation team who can specialize in the analysis of pet food and drive future product attribution. You should have experience in one or more of the following pet food areas: product development/formulation, regulation, marketing, or analysis. You will help build our database in alignment with the industry and use your subject matter expertise to steer projects and provide guidance to other divisions of the company. Experience with data analysis and manipulation are preferred and abilities in Microsoft Office are required.

You should be familiar with industry resources such as AAFCO labeling guide, relevant industry inspections and certifications, as well as general regulatory rules. You should enjoy doing extensive research about topics in the industry and be able to implement new industry standards into our database through powerful and granular product attribution. An understanding of product attribution such as ‘organic’, ‘grain free’, etc. is preferred. This individual should be team oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have a passion for driving product transparency.
