Bernhard Glock founded the Bernhard Glock Media Leadership Company LLC in 2009 focusing on strategic media consultancy and business development. He previously worked as Vice President Global Media and Communication at Procter & Gamble and in 2011 he joined the advisory and business development company Medialink LLC as senior VP. Today he works as a consultant with major advertisers, agency networks, broadcasters and associations in the US and International. His head office is in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
Casey Carl is the former Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer of Target Corporation. In his previous role, he was charged with enterprise strategy, innovation, data analytics and business intelligence, as well as new business integration and operations. He also lead Target’s overall transformation efforts. Casey joined Target in 1997 and has held a variety of roles in merchandising, negotiations, operations and digital. His most recent role was President of Omnichannel and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy.Casey is a member of the Google Retail Advisory Council and Co-Chairperson of the NantMobile iD Alliance. He graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn. with degrees in philosophy and history.
David Peacock, formerly president of Anheuser-Busch, is now an entrepreneur and civic advocate. A native of St. Louis, Peacock holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, from which he received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2009. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and three children.
Eric Williams is the founder of E2 Innovation Group, LLC. He currently assists industry executives with technology selection & implementation, large database selection & implementation, as well as the use of consumer analytics in the Retail space. Prior to E2, Williams was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Catalina Marketing for nearly 20 years. During his time at Catalina, he led the development of Catalina’s multi-petabyte data warehouse, helped in the development of the first “Internet-delivered” loyalty marketing solution, and developed industry-leading predictive analytics platforms.
Jim Schroer is a C-suite practitioner and consultant, the inventor of Ford's Brand Process Patent, and a creative strategist & board advisor to three digital businesses. Jim specializes in using consumer insights to drive customers and employees to be disciples for their brand. Jim was CEO Carlson Marketing, and drove innovation as EVP at Chrysler, Ford, RJRNabisco & Booz Allen.
Randy Skoda is the President and CEO of Topco Associates, LLC. Skoda previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Topco Associates LLC, Chief Financial Officer at Sayers Group, LLC, and th President of Old Town Partners. He served as Controller at KPMG where he served in their retail and distribution practices, in the Chicago office, as well as in KPMG's Executive Offices in New York and Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Skoda has also served as a member on the NuVal LLC Board of Directors since its inception in 2008.
Sandra Hendren, Founder of PerformaMetrics, has her graduate degree in psychometrics, a branch of statistics that specializes in large database analyses and the development of predictive algorithms and measurement standards. The work that Hendren pioneered — data mining, predictive analytics, and performance measurement — are now all heralded as the core of sustainable competitive advantage.Ms. Hendren has also held multiple adjunct faculty positions, most recently as Senior Lecturer of Strategic Management at Harvard University.
