The candidate will gain a deep understanding of Label Insight’s data processes, core axioms, and product offerings in order to help assist Senior level team members.
The person in this role must have excellent client communication skills, self manage projects, and provide transparency into their strategy and methods. You must strive for excellence and view constructive criticism as a tool to better yourself. You should be team oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, & most of all have a passion for driving product transparency in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Assist senior team members and management with ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Help manage and complete internal and external team requests.
- Speak with current and future clients, always keeping in mind data strategy.
- Research and provide recommended data solutions based on current product offerings.
- Help to develop client development and support material.
- Help manage Label Insight’s industry subject matter expertise (SME) relationships.
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with data analysis.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, including special formulas.
- Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Desire to grow and develop a career.
About the Team:
The Data Strategy and Solutions team is a newly developed team whose mission statement is to relay the need for future development and enhancement to the internal data operations team by engaging with clients from multiple industries (such as CPG analytics, government organizations, universities, manufacturers, retailers and more) through the support of sales and customer success efforts. The team utilizes their deep understanding of data processes, core axioms and product offerings to evaluate and align customer use cases and needs to existing capabilities. If the capabilities do not yet exist this team identifies the use case and develops requirements, relaying the needs to the internal data operations team for future development. These learnings are collectively used to fuel recommendations and future data product offerings through the development of SPECs.
